Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how X Enterprises, LLC ("X Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information on https://restaurantdestinations.com (the "Site") and on the Restaurant Destinations city-guide network that follows this Policy (together, the "Network"). Restaurant Destinations is a DBA of X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012.

The Site is a curated Pacific Northwest restaurant directory and marketing website. It publishes city guides and related editorial and marketing pages, and it invites restaurants to apply to be listed. City satellite domains in the Restaurant Destinations cluster use or link to this Policy at https://restaurantdestinations.com/privacy rather than publishing separate privacy pages.

These pages are a Directory marketing Site. This Policy is not a Product account/billing privacy statement for a login SaaS product. Public browsing does not require an account. Restaurant listing applications and any paid listing plans are described honestly below as they appear on the Site today.

By using the Site or Network, you agree that information will be handled as described in this Policy. Use is also subject to the Terms of Use (/terms) and the Cookie Policy (/cookies). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Network.

Privacy requests may be sent to hello@restaurantdestinations.com or by mail to the address at the end of this Policy. Publishing that contact information is not a promise that an office is staffed on a set schedule, or that every message will receive a reply beyond what the law requires.

What we collect

We collect only what the Site and Network actually take in today.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form on /contact, we receive the Name, email, subject, and message fields you submit, and we may receive that information at hello@restaurantdestinations.com.

If you email hello@restaurantdestinations.com (or another published Restaurant Destinations inbox that appears on a Network page), we receive the address you use and the content of your message.

If you start a restaurant listing application (including Apply Now / /create-account flows that ask you to contact the team), we receive the restaurant and contact details you choose to send.

If you write to us by mail, we receive the information you put on the envelope and in the letter.

We do not ask for a payment card to browse the public directory pages. Marketing pages may describe listing plan prices. If a third-party checkout is added later, card data will be collected by that processor, not typed into a card form we invent here.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site or a Network page, our hosts and software record ordinary logs. Those logs typically include IP address, date and time, requested path, referrer, and browser or device user-agent. We use this for security, debugging, and operating the Network.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy (/cookies). The Site uses a first-party consent banner (x-cookie-consent). Optional analytics and marketing categories default to off until you allow them. Marker.io is configured and should load only after Analytics consent.

What we do not collect as live product account data today

The primary host does not offer a consumer login portal (/login and /account return not found). We do not operate a public diner account database on this host today. Restaurant "account setup" language on Apply Now pages describes a listing application and profile process, not a consumer SaaS login.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site and Network;
  • publish and curate directory and city-guide pages;
  • review restaurant listing applications and communicate about listing status;
  • respond to contact and support messages;
  • understand aggregate traffic when you allow optional analytics;
  • honor legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Network, including:

  • our website host (Vercel) for page delivery and logs;
  • Marker.io for the feedback / issue widget when Analytics consent is present;
  • email delivery systems that carry messages you send to published inboxes;
  • authorities, when required by law or to protect the Network, our rights, or others.

We do not publish a Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Microsoft Clarity measurement id on the public HTML we fetched for the primary host on 26 September 2026. If an id is added later, it must load only after the matching consent, and the Cookie Policy should name it.

Listings and third parties

Directory pages may name restaurants and link to third-party sites (including restaurant websites or social profiles). Those third parties have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.

Children privacy

The Site and Network are for a general adult audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 for listing applications or contact forms. If we learn that a child under 18 submitted personal information, we will delete it where we can.

Retention

We keep contact, application, and operations records as needed to run the Network, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We keep server logs as needed for security and operations, then delete or overwrite them in the ordinary course of hosting. Consent choices in browser storage stay until you clear them or change them through the consent tool.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, subject to the limits and exceptions in applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

To make a request, email hello@restaurantdestinations.com or write to X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012. We may need enough information to verify you. We will respond as required by applicable law. Publishing contact channels is not a promise of a staffed helpdesk or a fixed reply time beyond what the law requires.

If we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider. You may also have the right to complain to a regulator that has jurisdiction over you.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. The Site does not respond to DNT. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and use the Site consent tool to refuse optional categories.

Location of processing

The Site and Network are operated from the United States. Information we collect is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. If you use the Network from another country, you do so on your own initiative. Information may be accessible to U.S. authorities as required by law.

City satellite domains

Restaurant Destinations city domains (for example, Bellevue Restaurants and other PNW city guides in the cluster) follow this Privacy Policy. Prefer https://restaurantdestinations.com/privacy. Do not treat older per-city privacy pages as the current policy after this suite ships.

Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
